Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the Taza Meat Hub mobile application (the "Service") operated by Taza Meat Hub ("Company", "We", "Us", or "Our").

By accessing or using the Service, You agree to be bound by these Terms. If You do not agree with any part of these Terms, then You may not access the Service.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words whose initial letters are capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. These definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural.

Definitions

• Application refers to Taza Meat Hub, the meat delivery mobile application.
• Company refers to Taza Meat Hub.
• Service refers to the Application.
• User / You means the individual accessing or using the Service.
• Order means a request placed by You through the Service to purchase meat products.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By using the Service, You represent and warrant that You are legally capable of entering into binding agreements.

User Account

To access certain features of the Service, You may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be in violation of these Terms.

Orders and Delivery

• The Service allows Users to place meat orders for home delivery.
• Deliveries are zone-wise and subject to service availability.
• Standard delivery time is up to 90 minutes, subject to operational conditions.
• Users may also schedule orders for next-day delivery.
• Delivery timelines may vary due to weather, traffic, availability, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Pricing and Payments

• All prices displayed on the Service are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payments must be made through the payment methods available in the Application.
• The Company reserves the right to change prices, delivery charges, or offers at any time.

Cancellations and Refunds

• Order cancellations may be allowed only before order processing begins.
• Once the order is processed or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Product Information

We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of products. However, slight variations in weight, appearance, or packaging may occur due to the nature of fresh meat products.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information while placing orders
• Use the Service for lawful purposes only
• Not misuse the Application or interfere with its operations

Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Use the Service for fraudulent or illegal purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or systems
• Upload or transmit harmful or malicious content

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, logos, and design are the exclusive property of Taza Meat Hub and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of Your use of the Service or inability to use the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate Your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, if You breach these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective when posted within the Application.
